My Weight Loss Story
After hitting my twenties the weight piled on and I spent every other Monday starting a new diet, The Atkins, low carb, and even the Cabbage soup diet. Obviously all of these eventually failed after a couple of days or weeks. After losing my twenties to being overweight I decided my thirties would be different and they were for a while. I created my own diet of healthy eating and exercise and after 18 months of deprivation and enough exercise to make a marine proud I finally lost 8 stone and went from a size 22 to a 10. Then, over the following 18 months I decided to eat everything I had deprived myself of for the last 18 months and put it all back on! Have you heard this story before?
Diets call for deprivation and that is why they fail because although we say no we really want to say yes. With hypnosis there are no feeling of deprivation. After leaving me you should eat only when you are physically hungry. Not eating simply because its there, because you're bored, starving yourself all day then eating all night, eating all the kids treats! Hypnotherapy puts you back in control.
