Prior to hypnosis we will discuss the clients goal, what they wish to achieve or the problem they wish to resolve. The more I can share in the experience you want to resolve the more individualized the therapy can be, creating a greater impact. An explanation will be given into hypnosis, how it works, what will be experienced. (don't expect Scooby Doo eyes) The sessions are carried out at my own home, in the dedicated therapy room without distractions. This makes it a non-clinical, homely relaxing environment. Day or evening appointments available. Each session last approximately 60 minutes. Quit Smoking and past life session are extended in time.
Personalised CD's are now available to buy, the CD will help guide you into a profoundly deep meditative state, it is incredibly relaxing. It can reduce stress and could also improve the quality of your sleep. The CD is personalised and unable to buy in the shops, so it also makes an ideal gift. Phone to order your CD, 24 - 48 hours notice is required as these are personalised and not off the shelf.
